I hereby apply for Registration with Synergy Accounts on a Beta Tester basis. I give permission for the Synergy Accounts to maintain my personal and business details in their system for means of contact to me and the requirements of any relevant Legislation. I have read and accept the Privacy Statement of Synergy Accounts, and agree that I will adhere to those terms and to those contained in any software issued in relation to any and all testing arising out of our relationship. I understand that if I should wish to cease being a Registered Beta Tester for Synergy Accounts I can give a minimum of 30 days notice in writing. I understand that I will be required to return any software that was supplied to during my time as a tester. I understand that any software provided to me remains the property of Synergy Accounts and Vertical Software and must be submitted upon request.
